Virtual Lactation Support: Can It Really Work?

Most feeding problems don't need hands-on help. They need a trained eye, the right questions, and a plan — all of which work perfectly over video.

I help moms across the U.S. with clogged ducts, milk supply worries, and pumping challenges, all from their own homes. You don't need to pack up a newborn to get expert care.

During a virtual consult I watch a feed or pump session live, measure what's actually happening, and build a plan around your real day. It's the same evidence-based care as in person — without the car seat.

For clogged ducts and mastitis especially, the 2022 ABM guidance is about timing and the right steps. Those are things I can walk you through from anywhere, often the same day you reach out.
